Another One!!!

We lost another tooth this week.  She's up to 5! She definitely has the mouth of a 1st grader.

Peaches!!!!

I have a friend that used all the peaches she wanted on her tree and the rest were up for grabs!  I went and picked a bunch and made Mike's favorite strawberry peach jam.  Made 5 batches.  This was about 1/2 way through. My kitchen was a sticky mess and I'm still finding a few splatterings, but we have already eaten an entire jar. Yum!!!!

Little Fish

We went swimming every single day last week.  Probably our last week like this with school starting this week.  I had to take pictures of our little fish.  The kids swimming have all really improved this year.  Going every other day all summer has really helped.  I love that we have a playground next to our pool.  The boys never last as long as Isabelle.  They dry off and go play while Isabelle swims her little heart out.

She is finally a 100% confident swimmer!  She jumps in the deep end and swims to the side.  She can tread water and swim everywhere!  She loves the dive rings and is just happy to be in the pool. It's always an event to get her out.  She would swim all day if she could.

Love Them!

We have been keeping crazy hours this summer.  I have found myself numerous times back in bed after an initial "get kids situated." I'm ready for schedule and regular! Anyway, Spencer will wake up and Isabelle gets him out of his crib, puts him in his high chair and feeds him breakfast.  She often gets him dressed and changes his diaper too.  The kids are often dressed and ready for the day.  Seriously, I have the best kids!

I got up to this one day this week.  It's 4 different kinds of cereal.  Isabelle said he was really hungry.  :)

RSL Soccer Clinc and Ice Cream

Real Salt Lake Soccer does a free soccer clinic, complete with pizza.  It was a Tuesday evening of fun and cousin time. Isabelle was my only kid that was old enough to participate. My boys still had fun watching and running around.

Love this picture of Isabelle, Sarah, and Chase.

They got to meet a Real player and got an autograph.  But in all reality, I have no clue who this is.  Haha!  I'm not up on my professional soccer.

Afterwards we hit up the South Jordan store for a treat. :)

Luke was a hilarious mess that night. Not only does his ice cream match his shirt, but so does his tongue. :)

The Zoo

We also went to the zoo.  It was definitely hot.  It was either go in the morning without Mike or go in the afternoon with Mike.

Michael is always more obsessed with the map than the zoo itself, but still loves going.  He is so funny about his map!

What's better than one grandma?  TWO grandmas!  Double the grandma fun!!  Mike's mom came to get her yearly zoo pass.  Thanks to her pass we got to ride the carousel a bunch and the train.  The kids thought it was awesome both grandmas were there.

Michael insisted on wearing "hot clothes" because it was hot outside.  He does this often.  I've never been able to successfully change his mind.

We had fun with my parents and were sad to see them go. Until next time.....

Fun

Grandpa started a grass fight in the backyard.

Grandma brought some fun 4th of July props. She also did 2 hours of balloon animals in my basement with the kiddos that I have zero pictures of.

Texas Grandma and Grandpa Visit

Even though they don't live in Texas anymore, they will always be Texas Grandma and Grandpa to my kiddos (plus, I'm pretty sure they still have their Texas waffle iron).  They stayed with us for a long weekend in their trip west.  We went to Thanksgiving Corners and tried to go to the new museum, but it was packed, so we went to Farm Country instead and had a good time.

Mooing at the cow

She is such a great big sister. :)

The wagon ride

Obligatory jail picture.  Yes Michael's shirt is backwards and no I really don't care. I find it so funny when people point it out to me like I didn't notice my kid wearing a POLO shirt backwards!  Obviously my 4 year old got him self dressed and he doesn't care, therefore I don't care.  Pretty sure if I cared, I'd fix it. And I think it's adorable. Ok. rant over. :)

While Spencer and I waited in line for the pony ride, they all kept meandering. The peacock had his feathers fanned out and Isabelle came and got my camera super excited.  "Can I go take pictures?"  When my camera returned, there were lots of new photos.  She's a good little photographer.

Finished off with a pony ride.  So fun!

More of their visit to come!
